Welcome To Hire A Pod - Here's What We Think Sets Us Apart:

Hi! We’re Amy & Justin, the husband-and-wife team behind Hire-A-Pod.

We got married ourselves in early 2024, and while we absolutely loved our wedding day, the experience of organising everything beforehand taught us a lot.

Like most couples, we found ourselves dealing with multiple different suppliers for different parts of the day. Different people to contact, different payments, different arrangements and lots of things to keep track of.

And it got us thinking...

Why does it need to be this complicated?

That became a big part of what we wanted to create with our own business.

One Team. Multiple Services.

Our aim is pretty simple: to make organising an event easier.

Rather than having to find and coordinate lots of different suppliers, we can take care of several parts of your celebration ourselves.

Today, between Hire-A-Pod and AJB Events & Entertainment, we can provide everything from our Vintage Photo Booths, Selfie Pods and 360 Video Booths to LED letters, sweet carts, ice cream, post boxes, vintage telephone guest books, soft play, PA systems, lighting and more.

That doesn't just make things easier to organise. By bringing services together, we're also able to create packages and pass savings on to our customers, rather than everything having to be booked individually.

It's the thinking behind our wedding packages in particular - and something we wish had been available to us when we were planning our own wedding.

We're a family-run business, and we want it to feel like one.

When you message Hire-A-Pod, you're not dealing with a huge company or a call centre. When you contact us, you're talking directly to one of us.

We’ll help you work out what suits your event, answer the questions, personalise the details and make sure everything is ready when the day arrives.

And whether you're booking one of our DIY Pods for a birthday party or asking us to take care of several different services for your wedding, the approach is the same:

More Than Just Photo Booths

Hire-A-Pod may have started with photo booths, but what we're building is really about making celebrations easier.

We love being able to turn up with several different parts of an event, get everything set up and know that we've taken a few things off somebody else's very long to-do list.
